Booking

25% advance is required to confirm a booking. The balance must be paid before the tour start date.

Cancellation & Refunds

• 30+ days: 90% refund
• 15–29 days: 50% refund
• 7–14 days: 25% refund
• Under 7 days: no refund

Force Majeure

Sainath Holidays is not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, political unrest, strikes or natural disasters. In such cases we assist with rescheduling.

Liability

Sainath Holidays acts as a booking agent for hotels, transport and other service providers and is not responsible for accidents, illness, loss or damage.

Governing Law

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
